GO MADE FOR YOU / CUSTOMER CARE
Terms of Service
These terms apply to use of Go Made for you and purchases from SAENZ FRANK. Read the product details, shipping policy and return policy before placing an order.
Using the store and your account
Provide accurate details, keep your login secure and use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or misuse another person’s information. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
Products, prices and orders
Prices are shown in USD unless expressly stated otherwise. The selected variant, quantity, available shipping costs and applicable charges are shown before payment. Product colors may differ between displays. Model campaign images illustrate styling; original product photos and the selected variant identify the item offered. Availability can change. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt; if an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for any amount already paid.
Shipping, returns and cancellation
Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of the purchase information. Orders are processed within 48 hours. Personal-reason returns are subject to eligibility and buyer-paid return shipping. Contact us promptly about a cancellation.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding and product artwork are protected by their respective rights. Use of this store does not grant permission to reproduce content for commercial purposes without authorization.
Service and responsibility
We aim to provide accurate information and reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse of the store or events beyond reasonable control to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by applicable laws of Arizona and the United States, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Contact us first to discuss an order or service concern.
