Return and Refund Policy
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending a return so we can help identify your order and confirm the next steps.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any original tags. Keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase. Items damaged through use, altered items and returns requested outside the 30-day window are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit remedies for an item that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
How to request a return
Email Admin@gomadeforyou.com with your order number, the item and reason for return. For a damaged or incorrect item, include clear photographs. We will provide return instructions. Package the item securely and keep tracking and proof of postage.

Return shipping costs
Buyers pay return shipping for personal reasons, including a change of mind or a size chosen incorrectly. We do not advertise unconditional free returns. For damaged, defective or incorrect goods, contact us first so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and explain any shipping arrangements. Original shipping charges, if paid, are not refunded for change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law.
Inspection and refunds
We inspect returned goods when received and notify you whether the return is approved or explain a rejection. After inspection and approval, we initiate the refund within 48 hours to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Contact us if a refund has not appeared after your provider’s normal processing period.
Cancellations and exchanges
Contact us promptly to request a cancellation before dispatch. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing begins. Contact us about an exchange before returning an item; availability and the return conditions apply.
